Nature's Answer Chamomile capsules contain whole German chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita) – the herb best known as a calming evening tea – in a convenient vegetarian capsule, with no magnesium stearate or gelatin.

Per 2 capsules: chamomile (Matricaria recutita) flower 650 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, vegetable cellulose (capsule), calcium silicate.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
