Nature's Answer Fenugreek contains whole fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum) – the aromatic, maple-scented seed used as a spice in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine and in traditional herbalism – in vegetarian capsules without magnesium stearate.

Ingredients
Per capsule: fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed 600 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, vegetable cellulose (capsule), calcium silicate.
Allergens: fenugreek is a legume and may cause reactions in people allergic to peanuts or chickpeas.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
