Description
Nature's Answer Mullein-X® Multi System Syrup is an alcohol-free honey-based herbal syrup with a concentrated blend of mullein, nettle, plantain, elecampane, horehound and marshmallow (2,500 mg per teaspoon) plus English ivy leaf extract standardised to 10% hederacoside C and natural peppermint flavour – herbs traditionally used for the throat and airways.

Ingredients
Per 5 ml (1 teaspoon): energy 20 kcal; carbohydrate 4 g, of which sugars 2 g; herbal extract blend 2,500 mg (mullein leaf, nettle leaf, plantain leaf, elecampane root, horehound herb, marshmallow root); honey 2,000 mg; English ivy (Hedera helix) leaf extract (10% hederacoside C) 25 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetable glycerin, purified water, natural peppermint flavour, Quik-Sorb® (ginger rhizome, amla fruit, capsicum fruit).
Allergens: contains bee product (honey).
Directions
Adults and children over 12: 5–10 ml (1–2 teaspoons) up to 4 times a day. Shake well; refrigerate after opening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Consult a doctor if the cough persists for more than a week, is accompanied by fever, or if you have asthma. Not suitable for people allergic to plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae). Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.
