Nature's Answer Saw Palmetto combines 460 mg of saw palmetto berry extract (Serenoa repens) standardised to 160 mg of fatty acids with 50 mg of whole berry powder in each vegetarian capsule. Saw palmetto is a small fan palm of the south-eastern United States whose berries were used by Native American peoples.

Ingredients
Per capsule: saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) berry extract 460 mg (standardised to 160 mg fatty acids); saw palmetto berry 50 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, rice flour, calcium silicate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Take with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
