Description
Nature's Answer Turmeric & Ginger combines ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale, 5% gingerols, from 250 mg root) and turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa, 95% curcuminoids, from 450 mg root) suspended in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower lecithin in a liquid-filled vegetarian capsule, with Quik-Sorb® (ginger, amla, cayenne). Both are classic spices of Indian and Asian cuisine.

Ingredients
Per capsule: ginger (Zingiber officinale) root extract 50 mg (standardised to 5% gingerols, 2.5 mg; from 250 mg ginger root); turmeric (Curcuma longa) rhizome extract 25 mg (standardised to 95% curcuminoids, 23.75 mg; from 450 mg turmeric root).
Other ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, hypromellose (capsule), silicon dioxide, organic sunflower lecithin oil, Quik-Sorb® blend (ginger root powder, amla fruit extract, cayenne fruit powder).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Take with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
