Nordic Naturals Daily Omega Kids™ is a once-daily fish oil for children aged 3 and over, made from purified deep sea fish oil (anchovies and sardines) in triglyceride form, in a small soft gel with a natural fruit flavour that can be chewed or swallowed.

Per soft gel: fish oil providing total omega-3 fatty acids 340 mg, of which EPA 170 mg and DHA 120 mg.
Ingredients: purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural flavour), natural fruit flavour, d-alpha-tocopherol (antioxidant), rosemary extract.
Allergens: contains fish (anchovies, sardines).
Directions
Children from 3 years: 1 soft gel a day with food, chewed or swallowed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
