Description
NOW Foods Black Cohosh combines a standardised extract of black cohosh root (Actaea racemosa) – traditionally used by Native American women – with liquorice root and organic dong quai, herbs long popular in Asia among women in mid-life. Popular during menopause.

Ingredients
Per capsule: black cohosh root extract (Actaea racemosa; 2.5% triterpene glycosides – 2 mg) 80 mg; liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 125 mg; organic dong quai root (Angelica sinensis).
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), rice flour, stearic acid (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day (morning and evening). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
