Description
NOW Foods Boswellia Extract combines Boswellia serrata gum resin extract standardised to at least 65% organic acids, including boswellic acids, with turmeric root extract (95% curcuminoids) and turmeric powder. Boswellia serrata, also known as Indian frankincense, is a resin used for centuries in Ayurveda. Its characteristic compounds are boswellic acids.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: Boswellia serrata gum resin extract (min. 65% organic acids incl. boswellic acids) 500 mg; turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa, min. 95% curcuminoids) 200 mg; turmeric root powder.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), calcium laurate.
Directions
Adults: 1 to 2 capsules 1 to 3 times a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
