Description
NOW Foods Burdock Root contains powdered root of burdock (Arctium lappa), a plant native to Europe and Asia. It is popular in traditional herbal practice and is still eaten as a vegetable in Japan, where it is called gobo.

Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
