NOW Foods Cinnamon Bark contains powdered cinnamon bark – a culinary spice also valued in traditional herbal practice – in convenient capsules.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum and/or C. aromaticum and/or C. burmannii) 1,200 mg; energy 5 kcal; carbohydrate <1 g.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
