Description
NOW Foods Dairy Digest Complete combines lactase, which breaks down milk sugar (lactose), with protease and lipase that target milk proteins and fats – the other parts of dairy that some people find hard to digest. One capsule covers dairy equivalent to one glass of whole milk.
Lactase improves lactose digestion in people who have difficulty digesting lactose.

Ingredients
Per capsule: dairy enzyme blend 86 mg: protease (from Aspergillus oryzae and A. niger) 25,000 HUT; lactase (from Aspergillus oryzae) 3,000 ALU; lipase (from Rhizopus oryzae) 600 FIP.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), maltodextrin, calcium laurate, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule with or just before a meal containing dairy. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
