Description
NOW Foods Echinacea & Goldenseal Root combines equal parts of two roots native to North American woodlands and prairies, both with a long history of use by indigenous herbalists. The roots are simply cleaned, dried and milled, then heat-sanitised without chemicals. Echinacea (purple coneflower) was widely used by Native Americans and is today one of the most popular herbs worldwide, especially in autumn and winter.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: echinacea root (Echinacea purpurea) 450 mg; goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis) 450 mg; carbohydrate <1 g.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day, as needed. Do not use at high doses for more than 2 weeks a month. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
