NOW Foods Elderberry contains a 10:1 concentrate of black elderberry fruit (Sambucus nigra) – a berry used for centuries in European tradition, especially in the colder months. Elderberries are naturally rich in anthocyanins.

Per capsule: elderberry fruit 10:1 concentrate (Sambucus nigra) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), silicon dioxide, stearic acid (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 2 to 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
