NOW Foods Fo-Ti contains root of Polygonum multiflorum, known in China as he shou wu – a woody climbing plant deeply rooted in traditional Chinese practice, where it is still used as a tonic.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: fo-ti root (Polygonum multiflorum) 1,120 mg; carbohydrate <1 g.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
