Description

NOW Foods Full Spectrum Minerals is a broad, iron-free mineral formula with calcium and magnesium in a 1:1 ratio, chelated (Albion™) zinc, copper and manganese, selenium, chromium, molybdenum, iodine and potassium, plus vitamin D3. The iron-free formula suits people who get enough iron from their diet, such as men and post-menopausal women.

Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: calcium (from calcium carbonate / Aquamin® seaweed minerals) 250 mg; magnesium (from magnesium oxide, citrate and Aquamin®) 250 mg; potassium (from potassium chloride) 50 mg; zinc (from zinc bisglycinate, Albion™) 7.5 mg; manganese (from manganese bisglycinate, Albion™) 2.5 mg; copper (from copper bisglycinate, Albion™) 1 mg; iodine (from potassium iodide) 112.5 µg; chromium (from chromium picolinate) 100 µg; selenium (from L-selenomethionine) 50 µg; molybdenum (from sodium molybdate) 50 µg; vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol) 5 µg (200 IU).

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
