Description
NOW Foods Ginger Root Extract combines a ginger extract standardised to at least 5% gingerols – ginger's characteristic pungent compounds – with whole ginger root powder. Ginger is native to South-East Asia and has long been used as a spice and in traditional practice, particularly for digestion.

Ingredients
Per capsule: ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale; min. 5% gingerols) 250 mg; ginger root powder 225 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), maltodextrin, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day with food, as needed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
