NOW Foods Gotu Kola contains the aerial parts of Centella asiatica, a herb used since ancient times in traditional practice in South-East Asia and India. Despite its name, gotu kola is not related to the kola nut and contains no caffeine.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: gotu kola (Centella asiatica, aerial parts) 900 mg; carbohydrate <1 g.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day, as needed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
