Ingredients
Per ½ teaspoon (1.4 g): energy 5 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 1 g, of which fibre 1 g; protein 0 g.
Ingredients: guar gum.
Directions
Use about ½ teaspoon per cup of gluten-free flour in baking, or a pinch to thicken sauces and dressings. Mix with dry ingredients first to avoid lumps.
