Description
NOW Foods Organic Inulin is a soluble fibre from blue agave. It resists digestion, reaches the large intestine intact and is fermented there by beneficial bacteria. It has a pleasant, mildly sweet taste and can be mixed into drinks or food without raising blood sugar noticeably.

Ingredients
Per level teaspoon (about 4 g): organic inulin (FOS, from blue agave) 3.3 g; energy 10 kcal; carbohydrate 4 g; fibre 4 g.
Other ingredients: none.
Directions
Adults: 1 level teaspoon 1 to 3 times a day, mixed into a drink or food. Start with 1 teaspoon a day and increase slowly. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. May cause mild, temporary digestive discomfort – increase the dose gradually. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not eat the freshness packet. Store in a cool, dry place.
