NOW Foods KSM-66 Ashwagandha® provides 600 mg of KSM-66® – a full-spectrum organic ashwagandha root extract made without alcohol or chemical solvents and one of the most clinically studied ashwagandha extracts, including for everyday stress and sleep. Ashwagandha is a key adaptogen of Ayurveda.

Ingredients
Per capsule: organic KSM-66 Ashwagandha® root extract (Withania somnifera) 600 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
