Description

NOW Foods Liquid D3 & MK-7 combines vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 as MenaQ7® MK-7 in easy-to-dose drops in MCT oil with a natural mint flavour. Take straight or add to a drink, ideally with a meal containing fat.

Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption of calcium, the maintenance of normal bones and the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.
30 ml bottle (about 163 servings)

Ingredients

Per 5 drops (about 0.184 ml): vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol, from lanolin) 62.5 µg (2,500 IU); vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7, MenaQ7®) 100 µg.

Other ingredients: MCT oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, vitamin E (soy-free), peppermint oil, rosemary extract.

Directions

Adults: shake well. 5 drops a day, straight or in a drink, preferably with a meal containing fat. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
