Description

NOW Foods Magnesium Inositol Relax is a fizzy, lemonade-flavoured drink powder combining magnesium with inositol, a B-vitamin-like compound found in all cell membranes, especially in the brain. Sweetened with stevia and monk fruit; best taken later in the day.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to normal muscle function.

Ingredients

Per 2 level teaspoons (about 6 g): magnesium (from magnesium carbonate) 400 mg; inositol 2,000 mg.

Other ingredients: citric acid, natural flavour, stevia leaf extract (rebaudioside A), monk fruit extract.

Directions

Adults: stir 2 level teaspoons into at least 300 ml of cold water or another clear cold drink once a day, preferably later in the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
