Description
NOW Foods Magnesium & Potassium Aspartate pairs two electrolyte minerals in aspartate form, with the addition of free-form taurine.
- Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
- Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: magnesium (from magnesium aspartate) 250 mg; potassium (from potassium aspartate) 99 mg; taurine (free form) 100 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules once or twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
