NOW Foods Methyl B-12 5,000 mcg provides a high dose of vitamin B-12 as methylcobalamin – an active coenzyme form – in a vegetarian capsule. B-12 occurs naturally almost only in animal foods, so supplementation is especially important for vegans. Hypoallergenic.
Vitamin B-12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal red blood cell formation and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Other ingredients: rice flour, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
