Description
PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) is a compound found in foods such as grains, eggs, milk and meat. Gut bacteria can use it as a building block to make folate.
NOW Foods PABA provides 500 mg in one vegetarian capsule a day, preferably with food.
Ingredients
Per capsule: PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
