Description
NOW Foods Policosanol Extra Strength provides 40 mg of policosanol – a blend of long-chain fatty alcohols from plant waxes, mainly octacosanol – four times the regular strength, with soy-free pine plant sterols and hawthorn berry.

Ingredients
Per capsule: policosanol 40 mg; pine phytosterols (soy-free) 200 mg; hawthorn berry 150 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
