NOW Foods Potassium Gluconate provides potassium in small, easy-to-swallow tablets, so the daily amount can be adjusted from 1 to 5 tablets.

Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Available in 100 and 250 tablet packs

Ingredients

Per tablet: potassium (from 619 mg potassium gluconate) 99 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet 1 to 5 times a day in separate servings, with food and at least 240 ml of water or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
