Ingredients
Per 3 capsules: organic inulin (FOS, from blue agave) 1,950 mg; energy 5 kcal; carbohydrate 2 g, of which fibre 2 g.
Other ingredients: vegetable polysaccharide (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 3 capsules 2 to 3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
