Description

NOW Foods Quercetin with Bromelain combines quercetin – a flavonoid found in onions, apples, capers and tea – with bromelain, an enzyme from pineapple. A popular combination in spring and summer. Citrus-free.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: quercetin 800 mg; bromelain (2,400 GDU/g) 165 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules twice a day, 20 minutes before meals. People with sensitive stomachs may take them with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
