NOW Sports Soy Protein Isolate is an identity-preserved, non-GMO soy protein – a complete plant protein with a full amino acid profile and practically no carbohydrates or fat. Soy naturally contains isoflavones such as genistein and daidzein. Unflavoured, so it works in shakes and recipes alike.

Per ⅓ cup (24 g): energy 90 kcal; fat 0.5 g, of which saturates 0 g; carbohydrate 0 g; protein 20 g; sodium 170 mg (salt 0.4 g); calcium 193 mg; iron 3 mg. Typical amino acids per serving: L-leucine 1,805 mg, L-isoleucine 830 mg, L-valine 974 mg, L-lysine 1,303 mg, L-arginine 1,589 mg, L-glutamic acid 3,965 mg.

Directions
Mix ⅓ cup with about 240 ml of water, milk or another drink; stir or blend. Once a day.
