NOW Foods Stinging Nettle Root contains an extract of Urtica dioica root, produced to European quality standards. Nettle root has a long tradition of use in European herbal practice, especially for men.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: stinging nettle root extract (Urtica dioica; with maltodextrin) 500 mg; energy 5 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), silicon dioxide, stearic acid (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules once or twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
