Description

NOW Sports Sustained Energy combines immediate-release caffeine with Xtenergy™ sustained-release caffeine from green coffee beans (120 mg in total, about 1¼ cups of coffee), B vitamins including 1,000 µg of B-12, iodine, chromium and magnesium, plus taurine, L-tyrosine, L-carnitine, L-citrulline and CoQ10.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: caffeine (from green coffee beans; 100 mg Xtenergy™ sustained-release complex and 60 mg caffeine powder) 120 mg; taurine 250 mg; L-tyrosine; L-carnitine (Carnipure®); L-citrulline 100 mg; coenzyme Q10 30 mg; thiamin 10 mg; riboflavin 10 mg; niacin 20 mg; vitamin B-6 10 mg; folate 680 µg DFE (400 µg folic acid); vitamin B-12 (methylcobalamin) 1,000 µg; pantothenic acid 20 mg; iodine 150 µg; magnesium 15 mg; chromium (Albion™) 200 µg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, pharmaceutical glaze.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules a day with 250–350 ml of water, preferably with a meal. Do not take late in the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
