Description
NOW Foods Triphala combines extracts of three fruits – amla, behada and harada – a blend used in Ayurveda for thousands of years as a digestive tonic. It naturally contains tannins, gallic acid and epicatechin.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.

Ingredients
Per 2 tablets: triphala extract (min. 40% tannins) from amla (Emblica officinalis), behada (Terminalia bellerica) and harada (Terminalia chebula) fruit 1,000 mg; magnesium (from magnesium oxide) 200 mg; calcium (from calcium carbonate) 120 mg; energy 5 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g.
Other ingredients: cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silica, vegetarian coating.
Directions
Adults: 2 tablets a day between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
