NOW Foods Turmeric Curcumin with BioPerine® combines turmeric root extract standardised to 95% curcuminoids (625 mg) with BioPerine® – a black pepper extract studied for improving the absorption of curcumin. Turmeric has been used in Ayurveda for thousands of years.

Ingredients

Per capsule: turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa; min. 95% curcuminoids – 625 mg) 658 mg; black pepper fruit extract (BioPerine®) 5 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), calcium laurate, silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule once or twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
