Description
NOW Foods B-12 Instant Energy comes in handy 1 g packets for your bag or pocket: pour one straight into your mouth or stir it into water or juice. Each packet provides 2,000 mcg of vitamin B-12 in three forms (cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin and dibencozide), plus six other B vitamins, chromium and 250 mg of creatine.
- B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and, together with B-2, B-3, B-5 and B-12, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
75 packets, citrus flavour, sweetened with xylitol.
Ingredients
Per packet (1 g): thiamin (B-1) 1.5 mg; riboflavin (B-2) 1.7 mg; niacin (as niacinamide) 20 mg; vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg; folate 680 mcg DFE (400 mcg folic acid); vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin and dibencozide) 2,000 mcg; pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate) 30 mg; chromium (as chromium picolinate) 60 mcg; creatine monohydrate 250 mg.
Other ingredients: xylitol, maltodextrin, citric acid, natural citrus flavours, silicon dioxide, hypromellose.
Directions
Adults: 1 packet a day, directly or mixed into water, juice or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
