Description

Nutrend Protein Pudding is an instant, no-cook pudding mix made from milk protein isolate (35%), whey protein concentrate (35%) and whey protein isolate (14%), with the Digezyme® digestive enzyme blend. Shaken with water or milk it thickens into a creamy pudding in a few minutes. Low in sugar.

Ingredients

Per 40 g (vanilla): energy 596 kJ/141 kcal; fat 1.6 g, of which saturates 1 g; carbohydrate 3.2 g, of which sugars 2.3 g; fibre 2.4 g; protein 27.2 g; salt 0.7 g; digestive enzymes 12 mg.

Ingredients: milk protein isolate 35%, whey protein concentrate 35% (with sunflower lecithin and anti-caking agent calcium phosphate), whey protein isolate 14% (with sunflower lecithin), thickener xanthan gum, whole milk powder, flavouring, stabiliser acacia gum, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, Digezyme® enzyme blend (amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, cellulase), sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, colour beta-carotene.

Allergens: milk. May contain soy.

Directions

Shake 40 g vigorously in a shaker with 250 ml of water or milk until it thickens; leave for a few minutes and eat with a spoon.
