Ingredients
Per 35 g: energy 578 kJ/138 kcal; fat 2.5 g, of which saturates 1.5 g; carbohydrate 2.1 g, of which sugars 2.1 g; protein 27 g; salt 0.15 g. Amino acids per serving include L-leucine 2.96 g, L-isoleucine 1.71 g, L-valine 1.59 g.
Ingredients: 100% whey protein concentrate (milk) (contains soy lecithin).
Allergens: milk, soy. Manufactured on a site that also handles milk, egg, soy, nuts, peanuts, gluten-containing cereals, fish, crustaceans and molluscs.
Directions
1–3 servings a day – upon waking, between meals, after training or before sleep: 35 g (1 scoop) in 150 ml of water or milk.
