Olimp Ashwagandha 600 Sport Edition contains KSM-66® – a full-spectrum extract of ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) standardised to 5% withanolides. Ashwagandha, also called Indian ginseng, is one of the key herbs of traditional Ayurveda.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with a meal, with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
