Description
OstroVit Ashwagandha Extract is a pure powdered extract of the root of Withania somnifera, a plant used for centuries in Ayurvedic tradition. The extract is standardised to 7.2% withanolides, 1% alkaloids and 0.25% withaferin A, with no additives.

Ingredients
Per serving (139 mg): ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract 139 mg, of which withanolides (7.2%) 10 mg, alkaloids (1%) 1.39 mg, withaferin A (0.25%) 0.35 mg.

Directions
Adults: 139 mg (½ of the included 0.5 ml scoop) a day with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
