Description
OstroVit Ashwagandha VEGE contains an extract of the root of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), a plant with a long history in Ayurvedic tradition, standardised to 7.2% withanolides, 1% alkaloids and 0.25% withaferin A, plus black pepper extract (95% piperine).

Ingredients
Per capsule: ashwagandha root extract 139 mg, of which withanolides (7.2%) 10 mg, alkaloids (1%) 1.39 mg, withaferin A (0.25%) 0.35 mg; black pepper fruit extract 2.1 mg, of which piperine (95%) 2 mg.
Other ingredients: inulin, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), silicon dioxide.
Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal and plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use with sedatives, sleeping pills or antiepileptic drugs. Consult a doctor if you have a thyroid, liver or autoimmune condition or take other medication. Stop use if you notice liver-related symptoms (dark urine, jaundice). Keep out of reach of children.
