Description
OstroVit High Protein Ice Cream is a powder mix for making homemade protein ice cream. Based on whey protein concentrate and milk proteins with buttermilk, inulin and MCT oil, sweetened with sucralose – no added sugar.

Ingredients
Per 50 g powder: energy 781 kJ / 186 kcal; fat 4.1 g, of which saturates 2.4 g; carbohydrates 9.0 g, of which sugars 7.5 g; fibre 4.3 g; protein 26 g; salt 0.5 g.
Ingredients: whey protein concentrate (milk), buttermilk powder, inulin, skimmed milk powder, milk proteins, emulsifier (lecithin), MCT oil powder (from coconut), flavourings, salt, thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose). Flavoured versions additionally contain cocoa or fruit powders and colours.
Allergens: contains milk; may contain soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten, eggs, shellfish and fish.
Directions
Mix 100 g of powder with 200 ml of cold milk or water until smooth. Freeze for about 1 hour, stir, then freeze for another hour before serving.
Warnings
Contains milk. Store the powder in a dry place; once prepared, keep frozen and do not refreeze after thawing.
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
