Description
OstroVit HorseTail VEGE contains an extract of the green aerial parts of field horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.), a perennial fern-like plant found across Europe and valued in herbal tradition for its natural silica content. The extract is standardised to 7% silica.

Ingredients
Per capsule: field horsetail herb extract 500 mg, of which silica (7%) 35 mg.
Other ingredients: inulin, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
