Description
OstroVit Licorice VEGE contains an extract of the root of liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), a legume native to southern Europe, western Asia and North Africa whose sweet root has been used for millennia in confectionery and traditional practice. The extract is standardised to 20% glycyrrhizic acid.

Ingredients
Per capsule: liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root extract 400 mg, of which glycyrrhizic acid (20%) 80 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not use for longer than 4–6 weeks without medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Contains liquorice – people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or people with heart, kidney or liver disease or low potassium. Do not combine with diuretics, corticosteroids, digoxin, blood pressure medication or other liquorice products. Consult a doctor if you take any medication. Keep out of reach of children.
