Description
OstroVit MgZB is a ZMA-type formula combining magnesium citrate, zinc picolinate and vitamin B6, traditionally taken in the evening.
- Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
- Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal protein synthesis and to the maintenance of normal hair, nails, skin and bones.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Per 3 tablets: magnesium 375 mg (100% NRV); zinc 15 mg (150% NRV); vitamin B6 2 mg (143% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium citrate, starch, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), zinc picolinate, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Directions
Adults: 3 tablets a day with water, before going to sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
