OstroVit Vitamin B1 Thiamine provides 100 mg of thiamine as thiamine hydrochloride in a vegetable capsule.

Per capsule: thiamine (vitamin B1) 100 mg (9091% NRV).
Other ingredients: inulin, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
