Description
ProSupps Vitamin K2 & D3 combines vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) with vitamin K2 (menaquinone) – two fat-soluble vitamins involved in calcium metabolism.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 100 µg (2000% NRV); vitamin K2 (menaquinone) 150 µg (200% NRV).
Ingredients: bulking agent (waxy maize) [contains sulphur dioxide], capsule shell (gelatine, colour: iron oxide), menaquinone (vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
Allergens: contains sulphites. Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, fish and crustaceans.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with a large glass of water during a meal. Do not combine with other vitamin D supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
