Ingredients
Per caplet: calcium (carbonate) 600 mg (75% NRV); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 10 µg / 400 IU (200% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, cellulose coating.
Directions
Adults: 1 caplet 1–2 times a day with meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
