Ingredients
Per tablet: magnesium (oxide) 500 mg (133% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Magnesium above 250 mg per day from supplements may have a laxative effect; the dose exceeds the EU tolerable upper intake level for supplemental magnesium (250 mg).
