Description
Revive MD Fiber is a mixable fibre supplement based on oat flour and psyllium husk, providing 7 g of dietary fibre (2 g soluble, 5 g insoluble) and 90 mg of vitamin C per 10.4 g scoop. Ingredients
Per scoop (10.4 g, Chocolate): dietary fibre 7 g (soluble 2 g, insoluble 5 g); vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 90 mg (113% NRV); sodium 192 mg; energy 15 kcal; carbohydrate 8 g.
Other ingredients: oat flour, psyllium husk, cocoa powder, natural and artificial flavours, ascorbic acid, disodium phosphate, silicon dioxide, sucralose, maltodextrin, acesulfame potassium. The Unflavoured version contains no cocoa, flavours or sweeteners.
Allergens: contains oats (may contain gluten).
Directions
Adults: mix 1 scoop with at least 300 ml of water and drink immediately, once a day. Increase fibre intake gradually and drink plenty of fluids during the day. Take medication at least 2 hours apart. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
