Description

Rule One Source7 Protein blends seven protein sources – whey concentrate, whey isolate, native whey isolate, whey hydrolysate, micellar casein, milk protein isolate and pea protein – for a mix of fast- and slow-digesting protein with a creamy, dessert-like taste. Each scoop provides about 22 g of protein with no added sugar. Informed Choice® certified – every batch is tested for substances prohibited in sport by the LGC anti-doping laboratory.

Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones.

Ingredients

Per scoop (40 g, Birthday Cake): energy 170 kcal; fat 4.5 g, of which saturates 1.5 g; carbohydrate 9 g, of which sugars 5 g; protein 22 g; salt 0.7 g; calcium 200 mg (25% NRV); potassium 250 mg. Values for other flavours differ slightly.

Ingredients: protein blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, native whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate, micellar casein, milk protein isolate, pea protein), creamer (sunflower oil, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate, silicon dioxide, monoglycerides, mixed tocopherols), natural and artificial flavours, xanthan gum, cellulose gum, salt, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin, colour (varies by flavour).

Allergens: contains milk and soy.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 200–300 ml of cold water or milk and shake for 20–30 seconds. Take after training or between meals to help meet your daily protein intake.
